I had 3 main concerns while shopping for a rental car for our vacation: (1) quality of the car, (2) unwarranted damage charges, and (3) additional insurance or miscellaneous fees.
We did not experience any of those at BBB.
We took a leap of faith the first time we rented from BBB. Upon arrival, we were conveniently and immediately picked up in a private shuttle and taken to BBB directly. Drivers were waiting when we arrived. (1) We purchased the upgraded Ford Taurus and the quality was exactly what we needed. (2) There were no charges for anything other than what we were quoted. Return it with gas and undamaged and you won't be charged anything extra. (3) The fees are very clearly broken down and you do have 3 insurance options, upgrades are not required or forced.
Overall, a great experience.
We're back again and using BBB a second time.

BBB Rent A Car is where you should book your car for your trip to Los Cabos or the surrounding areas. They are reasonable, helpful and
go above and beyond with their customer service. There are many rental places in the area that will add false charges / scam if they can.
Not BBB Rent a Car -- they speak fluent spanish and english, go out of their way to protect your private information (shredded licence &
credit card info in front of me when we returned the car), and were generally just lovely to deal with!
If you're going to Todos Santos or another small town, you may want an SUV style car for the rocky / dirt roads -- however, our little VW did
just great.

Rented in Cabo before and the rental fees were very high. Tried BBB on our next visit. Made the reservation on line. They picked us up at
the airport and took us to the office. Checked in and rented an older SUV. The staff was very friendly and the paperwork didn't take long tocomplete. The SUV was clean and ran good. Drove it all week and went to La Paz twice. Would recommend BBB for a rental car in Cabo.

This was my second time traveling to Cabo and most definitely my best experience yet! Im always sketchy about renting cars in Mexico but I found tranquility through my vacation when renting through BBB. The process was quick, easy, enjoyable and overall impressive. Rented a Ford Focus from Sagi for a week in Cabo. Due to weather our flight did not arrive until late in the evening. I contacted him and he arraigned for the car to be outside their office ready for me to pick up when we arrived! The car suited our trip well and it was clean and drove great. Their pricing was honest and straight forward, unlike the bigger companies. They pay for your taxi ride to their place, and drive you back to the airport in the rental. Great service all around!

Don't go anywhere else! Sagi and his team will make you comfortable and get you set up to enjoy your Cabo experience. The car was clean, comfortable, worked well, blended in. We went everywhere! Downtown Cabo and shopped at La Comer and Chedraui, up the coast, to the beaches, to various restaurants. We felt safe, as two women alone, we never had any worries about waiting for an uber, the roads are very well marked, GPS works great down there. We will definitely be back and rent from BBB!

We just finished a week in San Jose del Cabo and rented a car from BBB. They were great and very easy to work with. They were
up front with their information, easy to coordinate with and best of all, they were not playing any kind of bait and switch or other
games to take advantage of their clients. If you are going to Cabo, I highly recommend renting a car so you can get out to see the
various little towns in the area, go snorkeling etc., without having to pay for a taxi every time. When you do rent a car, you can go
with confidence when renting from BBB.

travelers in Mexico, but they explained everything honestly and didn't pressure us to spend more than we needed. They also sent

Excellent company to work with. First time to rent a car in Mexico. Speedy communication. Clear email with quote and options. Sagi
and Lilia were great to work with. No hassel when we got there from the airport (less than 5min drive). Knew exactly what to expect
for pricing. The car...well, it's nothing fancy but we fit right in!! and the AC was phenomenal!!! it's very easy to navigate b/w Cabo
san lucas and San Jose de Cabo and surrounding areas. Met someone at our hotel that also rented from BBB and had a great
transaction as well. I would not hesitate to rent from BBB and will definately use them again if we ever make our way back to the
Cabo area.

Sagi quickly replied about my rental request. BBB held the vehicle I requested w/o requiring a credit card or down payment. A quick
cab ride from the airport to BBB was covered. We picked up our car quickly and we were good to go. On return we left our luggage

Sagi delivered a bigger car for the same price and was courteous and professional. He also helped recover some cash that had
gone missing while we were paying for gas just down the street, speaking to the gas station attendants on our behalf. He went
above and beyond the standard level of customer service and the rental price was very reasonable. Will definitely rent from BBB

I heard of this company through friends a week before coming down. They had nothing but good things to say and infact had said "if
i give you one piece of advice on your trip, it's to use these guys for a car rental". I now would also relay their contact information
with the same praise attached. This was by far the best and easiest car rental experience I have ever had. Everything is laid out for
you, no hidden/unidentified costs to do with car rental or insurance. It was a huge sense of comfort knowing that we were getting
what we paid for and wouldn't see any extra costs. The cars were cleaned and well taken care of, we rented both a crown Vic for
the first 5 days and then had the expedition for the last 9 days of our trip, this was due to availability of vehicles and nothing else. If
you're flying into San Jose Del Cabo, do yourself a favour and use this company, I won't rent from another car company down there
ever again.

Extremely smooth experience, straight forward pricing, clean car, nice people. They even gave us a ride back to the airport in the
same vehicle, which was super convenient. One thing I really appreciated was the Cabo travel tips and info included in their e-mails
prior to my arrival.
Make sure your credit card has a "CDW" (I think that's what it's called) in the agreement, which covers car rental damages. Chase
Freedom Visa does cover it, but it was kind of a pain to get a hold of them and find out. Obviously, that's not on BBB, but just as a
head's up, make sure to find out beforehand to save time.

Great facility and great service at BBB! Sagi and his team responded quickly to my inquiry for a car rental. I received both an email
and a phone call confirmation. Sagi is knowledgable and very helpful. While BBB is not located at the airport, they are literally right
across the street. You will receive a better car and better service than you will at one of the rental agencies at the airport.
BBB will send you very clear instructions on getting to their location. FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS when you leave the airport! You
will be accosted by many people trying to help you. Just say thank you and keep on walking right outside. Ask for a taxi to take you
over to BBB. It is only a 5 minute taxi ride. We gave the driver a nice tip as they don't make much money.
Oh; our car was great. Everything worked properly, air conditioned, no issues at all.

What a solid business!!! I was quoted a very reasonable price for my families two weeks in La Paz. Gary sent excellent instructions
to arrive at BBB Rent a car. Once there, all went according to plan, no games, no stress or extras. He sent us along in a clean and sturdy Crown Victoria and a pleasure to drive in Mexico. He has plenty of car seats and coolers too!!! Gary is stand up as well as
everyone we interacted with. We returned and were taken to the airport quickly by Sagi. Going above and beyond, BBB actually
found a camera that we left behind. They managed to get the camera back to us which I think is fantastic. We'll be renting from

I recently traveled to Cabo with 5 of my girlfriends and in past experiences the on-site car rentals usually have hidden costs, add
time share pressure sales as a way to offer you some car discounts. Unless you are interested in a time share, its not worth even
entertaining the discussion. I found BBB while do some car rental searches online and saw some good posts on Trip Advisor. BBB was a very simple, streamlined and courteous rental group. Not only were there no hidden prices or charges, they were timely in
their email responses, addressing all my questions and concerns. Their location is a stones throw from the airport, and they arrange
for transportation to and from their facility. Very nice and friendly staff.

Highly Recommend!
This (2016) was my 3rd trip to Cabo, and I finally found a reliable, honest rental agency. Sagi at BBB provided excellent
communication and service from beginning to end. BBB was upfront about *all* of the costs of renting in Mexico, which was not my
experience during previous trips. The response to my inquiry included a detailed breakdown of several options. Upon arrival, the van was exactly as requested and the contract/checkout was fast and easy. Returning the van was even easier, and one of the guys
drove us to the terminal so we didn't have to unload our luggage twice.
At first I was nervous about going with a smaller, offsite company, but now I'm so glad I did! Do yourself a favor and let BBB take
care of your car rental in Cabo.

I have been a travel agent for over 20 years. Mexico is notorious for being difficult to rent a car. Hidden fees and huge deposits. I
hate how hard they make it, but I love to drive in Mexico.

supposed to take 30-45 days, but I received in within 2 weeks. There was no "upselling" 'nor additional fees. Even though I did not

We brought our car back after a great week in Cabo and Sagi had us taken to the airport. We went to check in for our flight but
could not find one of our passports. Had our bags and back packs on the floor of the airport doing a frantic search with no luck.Long
story short, I called Sagi and he had us picked up again within minutes and let us drive back 40 minutes each way to our condo to
look for our passport. We found it in just a couple of minutes. We drove back to BBB and Sagi said ,since we had brought our car
back a little early that there wouldn't be any additional charge and they drove us back to the airport for the second time ! We barely
made our flight ,but we made it !! BBB and Sagi saved our bacon ! Thanks again Sagi ! Next time in Cabo we will be definitely be
using BBB car rental !!!

I rented a mid-size car from BBB Rent A Car. I paid for the full insurance, and while nothing happened to the car, I enjoyed the
peace of mind. Note that some of their cars are restricted from going to certain areas, such as Cabo Pulmo, because of the dirt
roads out there. If you intend to go far afield, or to Cabo Pulmo, make sure that there are no restrictions from the company on the rental. I asked about this after renting, and was told that they definitely have some other vehicles that they are ok with you driving
on dirt roads.
The people working the counter speak excellent English, and the business itself is very close to the airport.
Also, when I was leaving I forgot that I had a pocket knife on me, and it would have been confiscated at security, but I called BBB
and asked them to come get it for me since it was a gift. They kindly agreed to do so and to hold onto it for me until I return. Great
service!!
Over a year later I rented from them again. Same great service, AND I got my knife back!!!
