Excellent company!
BBB is one of the best car rental companies I ever used. The communication through email was very fast and professional. We rented the economic car and worked perfect. I used the collision damage waiver (CDW) insurance provided by my Credit Card, this reduced the cost considerably. Also, they don't charge extra fees for additional driver and other extra fees usually charged by rental car companies. The return of the car took around 10 min. I will continue to use BBB Rent a Car during my trips to Los Cabos and La Paz.

I was a little nervous about renting a car and driving in Mexico - I shouldn't have been! We stayed at the Cabo Azul (wonderful) in San Jose del Cabo and having our own car to drive gave us a ton of
freedom. No waiting and paying for taxis, shuttles, etc. Lots of free parking and the streets are easy to negotiate. We had a very positive rental experience through BBB. No hidden
costs, competitive pricing, and the best part was the quick taxi ride from the airport and then the quick drop off process. I will definitely rent from BBB again when I am back in Cabo.

If you're traveling into San Jose del Cabo airport and traveling from there by rental car you need to rent your car, suv or van from BBB car rental, it is the place to go for friendly service and good pricing. Great vehicles. I Have been renting from them for years. The first time I rented from somebody else and I paid three times as much and they would not accept my American car insurance company they covered rental cars even in Mexico as my car insurance for the rental. I'll never do that again. Go to BBB. Just ask the Josefina cab-van drivers outside at the airport

Just what we needed. Three families renting an Airbnb in Cabo and we needed a safe, reliable, affordable way to get around. BBB rented
us a 12 passenger van that was exactly what we needed. All of the fees, including the insurance, were included in the price - no surprises.
We were able to list all of the adult drivers with no additional fee and they were fast and efficient in both the pick up and the drop off and
deposited us, and our luggage at the airport door when we were done. I would absolutely recommend them. Great job!

Finally, a five-star experience renting a car in Cabo! We couldn't have been more pleased with Sagi and Ruben's up-front communication, quick replies, and no-nonsense approach. We were quickly taken to BBB by a taxi, we paid what we were quoted, we were in and out the door within five minutes, and our car did what it needed to do. An added bonus: they drop you off at the airport in your rental car, so you don't even need to remove your luggage or wait for a shuttle. We'll definitely be using BBB again.

Great to work with. They knew your name the second you walked in the door and had everything waiting for you as promised. They included two pink booster seats and boogie boards for the grand daughters which they loved. Not the prettiest car on the block but you blended in with the rest of the local cars on the Baja. It ran great and we had no problems and no surprises. A quick check out process and they dropped us off at the terminal quickly for our return flight home. Thanks for a great rental experience.
