Extremely smooth experience, straight forward pricing, clean car, nice people. They even gave us a ride back to the airport in the
same vehicle, which was super convenient. One thing I really appreciated was the Cabo travel tips and info included in their e-mails
prior to my arrival.
Make sure your credit card has a “CDW” (I think that’s what it’s called) in the agreement, which covers car rental damages. Chase
Freedom Visa does cover it, but it was kind of a pain to get a hold of them and find out. Obviously, that’s not on BBB, but just as a
head’s up, make sure to find out beforehand to save time.
