Rented a Ford Focus from Sagi for a week in Cabo. Due to weather our flight did not arrive until late in the evening. I contacted him and he arraigned for the car to be outside their office ready for me to pick up when we arrived! The car suited our trip well and it was clean and drove great. He responded to emails quickly and answered any and all questions we had. Would easily rent from BBB again!
