Sagi at BBB Rent a Car is incredibly helpful & polite. I had booked a rental for my parents, but ended up canceling. The refund was
supposed to take 30-45 days, but I received in within 2 weeks. There was no “upselling” ‘nor additional fees. Even though I did not
end up using their service, they deserve 5 stars for the professionalism, especially when compared to other car rental facilities in
Cabo.
