I had 3 main concerns while shopping for a rental car for our vacation: (1) quality of the car, (2) unwarranted damage charges, and (3) additional insurance or miscellaneous fees.
We did not experience any of those at BBB.
We took a leap of faith the first time we rented from BBB. Upon arrival, we were conveniently and immediately picked up in a private shuttle and taken to BBB directly. Drivers were waiting when we arrived. (1) We purchased the upgraded Ford Taurus and the quality was exactly what we needed. (2) There were no charges for anything other than what we were quoted. Return it with gas and undamaged and you won’t be charged anything extra. (3) The fees are very clearly broken down and you do have 3 insurance options, upgrades are not required or forced.
Overall, a great experience.
We’re back again and using BBB a second time.
