This (2016) was my 3rd trip to Cabo, and I finally found a reliable, honest rental agency. Sagi at BBB provided excellent
communication and service from beginning to end. BBB was upfront about *all* of the costs of renting in Mexico, which was not my
experience during previous trips. The response to my inquiry included a detailed breakdown of several options. Upon arrival, the van was exactly as requested and the contract/checkout was fast and easy. Returning the van was even easier, and one of the guys
drove us to the terminal so we didn’t have to unload our luggage twice.
At first I was nervous about going with a smaller, offsite company, but now I’m so glad I did! Do yourself a favor and let BBB take
care of your car rental in Cabo.
