“BBB’s 5-star reviews are the real deal. Based on recommendations from owner of our vacation rental, plus other reviews, we recently rented from BBB Rent a Car at Los Cabos Airport. From my initial email inquiry to dropping off vehicle, BBB staff provided prompt, courteous, and first class service. They paid for the quick taxi ride from the airport so that you could promptly go from airport to rental location. We rented a large SUV that was perfect for hauling dive gear and navigating the numerous arroyos (dry riverbeds) where roads are dirt and soft. I rarely write reviews but in this case, their service was so awesome that I want to make sure BBB stays in business for a long time.”

“We rented from BBB over the Thanksgiving holiday and it was a great experience from start to end. They were extremely responsive and helpful online and that continued from when we picked up the car until when we returned it. Everyone in the office is friendly and easy to work with. hey have a cab take you to their office which means no waiting to get there and they cover the fare. Then they take you back in your rental so no moving suitcases to a shuttle van. I will definitely use them the next time we are in town and I will recommend them to my friends and family.”
